TEAM FITTINGS
Team fittings are designed to give all current and future team members the opportunity to try on all items chosen for your team. A guardian must accompany the child to the fitting to insure proper fit of all items.

All custom made/personalized items
are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We accept cash, check or credit card and the payment is due in full the day of your team fitting.
TEAM DELIVERY
Ovation Dance will deliver individually bagged orders for each girl. A copy of
your order form is located inside the bag, please use this to ensure accuracy.
We strive to provide the best customer
service and work diligently to avoid any
mistakes. However, if we have made a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Parents have 48 hours to inspect the items and report any missing items or incorrect sizes.
If an item is missing or incorrect, a
Missing Item/Exchange Form must
be completed and returned to us in order to report any mistakes.
