Did we make a mistake in bagging your order? Does an item not fit properly?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and can fix this for you! See below for instructions on how to report a missing item or exchange an item that does not fit:
1. Fill out the Missing Item/Exchange form linked below.
2. Please place the item in the bag it came in and return to your Director the first day of camp.
**Clothing must have all tags and not have been worn.
**Tights are not able to be exchanged or returned once the box has been opened.
**On the day of your clothing delivery/pickup - if you see an item on the copy of your order form that is STAMPED WITH "BACKORDERED" this means that particular item is on backorder. You DO NOT need to fill out the form below for backordered items as we are already aware of this issue. Items on backorder will be issued as they become available and restocked.
****You have 48 hrs from delivery/pickup to complete this form. Any items missing after the 48 hr delivery window will need to be repurchased at a potentially higher price.
****If you need assistance checking your order, please communicate that to your Director.
Personalized items MAY NOT be returned, exchanged, or credited for any reason.
*Exceptions will be made in the event of a spelling error that has occurred on our end.*
All items are subject to availability. Some items may not be delivered by the set date and will be issued as they restock.
